About Sha Sha's

Just as an introduction of myself.... My name is Sharonda Gray and I am a preschool teacher by trade who's always wanted to be an entrepreneur and have now found my niche and have branded myself so I am now a proud owner of several small businesses under the brand Sha Sha's, LLC.

"Sha Sha's" - was a name that originated from my mother back in the early 1990s after my niece (the first grandchild) was born. (Long story, short)........

As a tradition, in my family on my mother's side, everyone is given a nickname whether it was by accident or knowingly, and usually, that nickname stays with you even as an adult.

And once her first grandchild arrived in the family, my mother decided to come up with the nickname "Sha Sha" (because of her first name). And so then when my grandmother (her

great-grandmother) who was the first one to try to call her by the given nickname, my niece refused, because naturally in her mind it wasn't her real name lol. So she then responded by saying, "No, your name is Sha Sha (talking to my grandmother)

my name is ________" and ever since every grandchild born after, called their great-grandmother(my grandmother), "Sha Sha" and the rest was history.

And so now the name "Sha Sha" has been passed down from my niece to my grandmother and then to me, because once I met my husband, he too liked to give nicknames and his nickname for me was "Sha" (because of my first name). And then once his children started having children, we needed a name for them to call me so he suggested they call me, "Sha Sha" a name already associated with that role and I've been "Sha Sha" ever since 12 grandkids later.
